We are Captain David & Tammy Baxley & we are the owners and operators of Headhunter Outdoors Inshore Charters. Originally from Hickory, NC, we relocated to the Topsail Island area in 1996. As a NC Lifetime Sportsman and avid fresh and saltwater fisherman, I started Headhunter Outdoors in 2001. I'm a Pro Guide for the annual Cape Fear-Mercury Red Trout Tournament for Cystic Fibrosis and I won the coveted Sportsmans Award in 2008. "A Good Day in the Great Outdoors with Capt.
